Privacy Policy
Digital Takhleeq ("we", "us") is a software house based in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you send a project inquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you enter:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone or WhatsApp number and company name, if you provide them
- The services, budget range and timeline you select
- The message you write
To protect the form from spam, our server also briefly uses your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your inquiry, including an automatic confirmation email
- To prepare a proposal or quote if you ask for one
- To keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up
- To prevent spam and abuse of the website
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Where your information goes
Inquiries are delivered to our business mailbox through Gmail, which is operated by Google. A backup copy of each inquiry may be stored on our web server so that a message is not lost if email delivery fails. Access to that backup is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers when a page loads. Links to client websites and social profiles lead to services run by other companies, and their own privacy policies apply there.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any project that follows. If no project follows, we delete the details when they are no longer useful. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email digitaltakhleeq@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
